Thank you for using the Caldbeck Surgery online repeat prescription facility. We use a secure and confidential online repeat prescription facility called EMIS Access which links directly to the Surgery computer system via the Internet.
Once you have made your online repeat prescription request, to be sure that your repeat prescription is ready to collect, please leave 2 working days before collecting the medicine.
Important - You must indicate clearly when you make your request where you would like to collect the prescription. There is a comments space for adding this information when you make the request online.
To use the online repeat prescription system you will first need login details. Either visit the Surgery and ask the Receptionist for an 'EMIS Access Registration Letter', or Click Here to request one online.
For security reasons we can not send you your login details over the internet or by email, but if you request them online we will post them to your registered address. Please make sure your address registered with the surgery is correct before requesting login details online.
Once you have your 'EMIS Access Registration Letter', then you will need to Register with EMIS Access with the details given to you by the Surgery. Click Here to register for online repeat prescription requests.
