Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made in writing, in person, by telephone or by email.
It is worth bearing in mind that Monday morning is a particularly busy time for the receptionists, so if a telephone request is being made you may find it easier to get through later in the day.
Medicines will always be available for collection as soon as possible, but the more notice that can be given the better. If at least 24 hours notice can be given that is a great help to the dispensary staff.
