Dr Wicks qualified from Birmingham Medical School in 1992.
She completed specialist GP training in North Cumbria in 1997 and has been a
partner at Caldbeck Surgery since 1999, working 3 days a week.
She is the lead for Women's health and is responsible for the development of
the Well Women clinic and Contraceptive services.
She also supports staff training and audit in the practice.
